About the Role
Konstructum Contracting Company (KCC) is a multidisciplinary engineering services, turnkey design, and construction firm headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria. We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Associate / Buyer to support our procurement, purchasing, logistics coordination, and supply chain management activities for critical energy, oil and gas, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the transportation, delivery, and tracking of materials, equipment, and supplies to project sites and warehouses.
- Source suppliers, obtain and evaluate quotations, and analyze procurement costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor delivery schedules, maintain delivery documentation, and resolve logistics delays or supply chain disruptions.
- Support inventory monitoring, material availability tracking, and reconciliation of procurement records.
- Ensure compliance with organizational procurement procedures, verify documentation, and prepare periodic management reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, or inventory management within construction or engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and familiarity with ERP systems or procurement software.
- Strong negotiation, communication, stakeholder coordination, and analytical skills.
