About the Role
PalmPay is expanding its financial services team and is looking for a motivated Loan Sales Officer to join our growing operations in Osun. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional passionate about connecting individuals and businesses with valuable loan products while delivering excellent customer service.
As a Loan Sales Officer, you will play a key role in driving loan sales growth, acquiring new customers, and ensuring smooth loan processing from application to disbursement. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs, promote suitable loan products, and support PalmPay's mission of providing accessible, reliable financial solutions across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and acquire new loan customers through field marketing and referrals
- Promote and sell the bank's loan products to individuals and businesses
- Conduct credit assessments and ensure proper documentation of loan applications
- Follow up on loan disbursements and repayments
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Ensure compliance with the bank's credit policies and procedures
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in any relevant discipline
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking or microfinance
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a passion for sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of the local market and business environment in Osun
