About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and target-driven Loan Sales Officer to join our team in Ondo, responsible for acquiring new loan customers, promoting our loan products, and ensuring excellent client relationships throughout the loan lifecycle.
As a Loan Sales Officer, you will play a key role in expanding our loan portfolio by identifying prospective clients, conducting basic credit assessments, and ensuring all loan applications meet the required documentation and compliance standards. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional with a passion for meeting targets and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and acquire new loan customers through field marketing and referrals
- Promote and sell the bank's loan products to individuals and businesses
- Conduct credit assessments and ensure proper documentation of loan applications
- Follow up on loan disbursements and repayments
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Ensure compliance with the bank's credit policies and procedures
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in any relevant discipline
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking or microfinance
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a passion for sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
