About the Role
PalmPay is expanding its financial services team and is looking for an experienced Loan Sales Officer to join its Kaduna operations. As a Loan Sales Officer, you will play a critical role in driving loan sales, acquiring new customers, and ensuring excellent service delivery throughout the loan lifecycle. You will work closely with individuals and small businesses to identify their financing needs, promote suitable loan products, and support them through the application and disbursement process.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and acquire new loan customers through field marketing and referrals
- Promote and sell loan products to individuals and businesses
- Conduct credit assessments and ensure proper documentation of loan applications
- Follow up on loan disbursements and repayments to ensure timely collection
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Ensure full compliance with credit policies and internal procedures
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets consistently
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in any relevant discipline
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within banking or microfinance
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven mindset with a genuine passion for sales
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good understanding of the local Kaduna market and business environment
- Basic credit analysis skills and sound judgment
