We are currently recruiting talented Loan Officers for multiple locations across Osun State, including Osogbo, Ikirun, Ede, Ilesha, Ile-Ife, and Iwo. Key Responsibilities- Market and drive the adoption of various loan products to prospective and existing clients.
- Acquire new clients, manage ongoing customer relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle the end-to-end loan process, including efficient loan disbursement and diligent monitoring of repayments.
- Proactively manage credit risk and ensure timely recovery of outstanding loan repayments.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive performance targets.
- Demonstrated high level of integrity, professional ethics, and an unblemished character.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Strong result-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced financial services environment.
- Previous working experience in a Microfinance Bank, financial institution, or related sales role will be a distinct advantage.
- Residency in or familiarity with Osogbo, Ikirun, Ede, Ilesha, Ile-Ife, Iwo, or surrounding areas in Osun State.
