Key Responsibilities- Make professional outbound calls and follow up diligently on outstanding loans.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions and payment statuses.
- Build and maintain healthy, respectful customer relationships to encourage prompt repayment.
- Achieve set recovery targets and actively contribute to overall team goals.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in loan collection or a closely related field.
- Excellent verbal communication and professional negotiation skills.
- Strong work ethic with the resilience and ability to handle pressure effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, is an added advantage.
- SSCE holders are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Must own and actively utilize a functional Android phone or iPhone.
- Competitive base salary of N80,000 per month.
