About the Role
Bradfield Consulting is actively seeking a dynamic and driven Litigation Associate to join our expanding team in Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will deliver exceptional legal counsel, represent diverse corporate and individual clients in court, and manage complex commercial transactions to ensure optimal outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Represent individuals and corporate entities effectively in various courts of law.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of legal issues pertinent to corporate commercial and transactional practice.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts while providing sound general business advisory services.
- Analyze commercial and legal issues to identify relevant facts, alternative solutions, and risk-mitigation strategies.
- Conduct thorough and extensive legal research utilizing up-to-date sources and resolve any gaps in provided information.
- Communicate complex legal concepts succinctly and accurately to colleagues and clients alike.
- Manage time efficiently to meet rigorous client demands and achieve corporate service objectives.
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and Call to the Nigerian Bar (BL) certification required.
- Master of Laws (LLM) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 4 years of post-call experience providing litigation and legal advisory services.
- Prior working experience gained within a reputable commercial law firm.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Competitive net salary ranging from N350,000 to N400,000 monthly, commensurate with experience.
