About the Role
The Living Room Abuja is a prestigious 24-hour social house, luxury café, and creative hub located at 19 Thaba Tseka Street, Wuse 2, Abuja. We're seeking an experienced and dedicated Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you'll prepare high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional standards for our clientele of executives, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and plating standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station
- Monitor food quality and consistency across all service periods
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless operations
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
- Manage inventory and report supply needs promptly
- Adapt to high-volume 24-hour service demands
- Relevant culinary qualification or certification
- Proven experience as a Line Cook in a professional kitchen
- Strong knife skills and food preparation expertise
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
