About the Role
Vantegral Consulting is seeking a responsible and professional Lift Operator to join our team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring lift systems safely, assisting passengers, and maintaining high standards of customer service and building safety.
Key Responsibilities- Operate the lift safely, smoothly, and efficiently according to company standards.
- Assist passengers courteously when entering and exiting the elevator.
- Monitor the lift for any unusual sounds, vibrations, or technical faults.
- Report breakdowns, maintenance needs, or safety hazards promptly to facility management.
- Ensure passengers strictly comply with elevator capacity and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, presentable, and orderly lift interior at all times.
- Keep accurate daily logs of lift usage, passenger traffic, or reported issues.
- Perform additional facility support duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum of SSCE/WAEC or equivalent educational qualification.
- Prior experience as a Lift Operator or in a similar customer-facing role is an added advantage.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with an uncompromising commitment to safety.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours.
