About the Role
Megamound Investments, a leading player in construction, real estate development, and property management since 1992, is seeking a skilled Letting & Facility Manager to join its growing team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and profitability of the company's diverse property portfolio, including residential, commercial, and hospitality assets.
The successful candidate will work closely with the operations and property management teams to oversee maintenance, security, and occupancy across all sites. You will play a key role in ensuring that Megamound's physical assets remain in peak condition while delivering an exceptional experience for tenants, clients, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties to ensure optimal functionality and tenant satisfaction.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and engineering teams to carry out routine maintenance and emergency repairs promptly.
- Oversee the complete letting process, including tenant screening, lease negotiations, renewals, and dispute resolution.
- Develop and implement energy management strategies to reduce operational costs and enhance sustainability across facilities.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all managed properties.
- Monitor facility budgets, service contracts, and vendor performance to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Prepare regular reports on occupancy rates, maintenance activities, and facility performance for management review.
- Support the onboarding of new properties into the portfolio, including inspections and compliance checks.
- First degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Professional certification (IFMA, FMP, CFM, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in facility management, preferably within the real estate or property sector.
- Experience in Real Estate and Energy Management is a significant advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse technical teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities across multiple properties.
- Sound knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices in facility operations.
