Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality lectures and practical sessions to undergraduate and postgraduate students
- Conduct research in food science and technology to advance the field
- Supervise student projects and theses
- Participate in curriculum development and academic programme reviews
- Contribute to departmental and university committees
- Engage in community outreach and industry partnerships
- Maintain professional development through conferences and publications
- Master's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related discipline from the University of Maiduguri or another recognised institution
- Minimum of three years of relevant post-qualification professional experience
- Relevant professional certifications or qualifications where applicable
- Demonstrated excellence in conduct and character, consistent with institutional values
- Valid NYSC discharge or exemption certificate
