About the Role
Mountain Top University (MTU) is currently seeking a passionate, qualified, and morally sound academic professional to join our prestigious institution as a Lecturer I in Biomedical Technology. Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate lectures, seminars, and practical laboratory sessions in Biomedical Technology and related disciplines.
- Develop and update curriculum materials, course outlines, and innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Supervise undergraduate and graduate student research projects, dissertations, and academic field activities.
- Conduct high-quality, peer-reviewed research and publish findings in reputable local and international academic journals.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees, administrative duties, and community service initiatives.
- Provide academic counseling and mentorship to students, guiding their professional and moral development.
- Must hold a PhD in Biomedical Technology or a closely related relevant discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- A minimum of 3 years of continuous academic experience at the rank of Lecturer II or an equivalent academic position.
- Demonstrated record of scholarly publications in reputable peer-reviewed academic journals.
