About the Role
Sundry Foods Limited, one of Nigeria's leading food services companies operating renowned brands like Kilimanjaro Restaurants and Pizza Jungle, is looking for a dynamic Learning and Development Manager. In this pivotal role, you will shape the capabilities of our workforce across over 100 branches nationwide, ensuring continuous growth, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive annual training plans and manage associated budgets based on identified organizational needs.
- Oversee end-to-end implementation of leadership programs including LMDP, SLDP, and the QSR Management Trainee Scheme.
- Design innovative training curricula, including e-learning modules, byte-sized refresher videos, and customer-centricity courses.
- Coordinate regular knowledge and experience sharing sessions (KESS) to foster continuous employee engagement and learning.
- Manage external training providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless ITF training compliance across all business functions.
- Establish robust metrics and post-learning evaluation frameworks to measure training effectiveness and ROI.
- Supervise training logistics and performance management training initiatives for both new and existing staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive human resources experience, with a strong focus on learning and development.
- Compulsory possession of a recognized HR certification, specifically CIPM.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to design and implement impactful training strategies within a large-scale or multi-branch organization.
