We are currently seeking a highly organised, strategic, and results-driven professional to join our growing team in Abuja as our new Lead Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operational activities across Engineering, Administration, and Logistics departments.
- Supervise departmental teams, establish performance metrics, and actively monitor ongoing results.
- Drive operational efficiency, process optimization, and exceptional service delivery across the organization.
- Manage and nurture professional relationships with local and international partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Strengthen internal coordination, reporting structures, and overall accountability within the business.
- Identify operational challenges, diagnose bottlenecks, and implement effective, long-term improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in an operations leadership capacity.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a strong track record of successful team management.
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, written communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in operational planning, detailed reporting, and stakeholder management.
