About the Role
Monarch Techno Engineering Solutions (MTES) is seeking a highly experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to join our growing team of engineering professionals. This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer with a strong background in Oil & Gas, Pipeline, and EPC projects who is ready to lead technical delivery across multiple project phases, from FEED through commissioning.
As a Lead Electrical Engineer at MTES, you will play a critical role in ensuring engineering excellence, technical accuracy, and compliance with international codes and standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design outputs, technical documentation, and project support that meet both client expectations and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities- Lead electrical engineering activities across FEED, Detailed Engineering, Construction, and Commissioning phases
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant international codes and standards (ASME, API, ANSI, NACE, IEC, ISO)
- Review and approve technical deliverables, drawings, and engineering documentation
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless project integration
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers
- Participate in HAZOP, SIL, and risk assessment studies to ensure project safety and reliability
- Utilize engineering software tools to develop, review, and validate designs
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
- Support project documentation, technical reporting, and quality assurance processes
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- 8-15+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Pipeline, or EPC projects
- Proven experience in FEED, Detailed Engineering, Construction, or Commissioning phases
- Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, API, ANSI, NACE, IEC, ISO, etc.)
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software such as AutoCAD, PDMS, P&ID, HYSYS, E3D, ETAP, and CAESAR II
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of Piping, Pipeline, and Process Design principles
- Experience with HAZOP, SIL, and Risk Assessment processes
- Ability to coordinate effectively across interdisciplinary teams
- Strong attention to detail in project documentation and technical deliverables
