We are currently seeking a meticulous and experienced Laundry & Linen Supervisor to join our elite housekeeping and operations team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the seamless daily operation of our laundry facility, managing all aspects of linen care, inventory control, and garment processing to meet the highest standards of luxury and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily operations of the laundry and linen department, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
- Inspect all processed linens, uniforms, and guest laundry for cleanliness, pressing quality, and damage.
- Manage inventory levels of linens, uniforms, and cleaning chemicals, conducting regular stock audits and reporting shortages.
- Train, mentor, and supervise laundry attendants and linen keepers to deliver exceptional service standards.
- Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and safety protocols for all laundry machinery and equipment.
- Coordinate closely with the housekeeping and front office departments to meet the dynamic linen demands of luxury residences and guests.
- Resolve any guest complaints or special requests regarding laundry and dry-cleaning services promptly and professionally.
- Relevant professional certification, diploma, or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in laundry operations within a luxury hotel, resort, or branded residence.
- Comprehensive knowledge of textiles, fabrics, chemical handling, and modern commercial laundry equipment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and quality control.
