Key Responsibilities- Perform routine and complex microbiological investigations, including culture and sensitivity testing.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and accurate results.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance guidelines.
- Document and analyze test results accurately, preparing detailed reports for management review.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support product quality and operational goals.
- Maintain proper inventory of laboratory reagents, supplies, and materials.
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) with a major in Medical Microbiology.
- Must possess a valid practicing license from the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
- Demonstrated knowledge of microbiological investigations, culture techniques, and sensitivity testing.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and operate under minimal supervision.
