About the Role
The Living Room Abuja is a prestigious social house, luxury café, and creative hub located at 19 Thaba Tseka Street, Wuse 2, Abuja. Operating 24 hours daily, we serve as an exclusive third place for executives, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals. We are seeking an enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to support our culinary operations and contribute to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, mixing, and organizing ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, work stations, and storage areas
- Support the kitchen team in meal preparation and plating
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols consistently
- Manage kitchen inventory and assist with stock rotation
- Respond promptly to kitchen requests and maintain efficiency during service hours
- Collaborate with senior kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery
- Relevant qualification in culinary arts, hospitality, or food service
- Proven experience working in a kitchen environment
- Strong commitment to customer service excellence
- Excellent attention to detail and food safety awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24-hour operation
- Must be a resident of Abuja, Nigeria
