As a Junior Technician, you will work closely with senior technicians and engineers, gaining hands-on experience in EV maintenance, diagnostics, and repair while contributing to our mission of delivering clean and accessible energy to homes, businesses, and communities across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in routine inspection, servicing, and basic repairs of electric vehicles.
- Support diagnostics of EV components to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Perform basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting under the guidance of senior staff.
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of EV charging equipment.
- Collaborate closely with senior technicians and engineers to learn industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards during servicing operations.
- Support the team in ensuring timely delivery of maintenance and repair tasks.
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Strong interest in electric vehicles, renewable energy, and clean technology.
- Willingness to learn and work under supervision in a hands-on technical environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions accurately.
- Relevant technical training, certification, or educational background in electrical/mechanical engineering is an advantage.
