About the Role
Chowdeck is a fast-growing technology company providing seamless logistics services that connect food vendors and consumers across cities in Nigeria. As a Junior Product Manager at Chowdeck, you will contribute across our dynamic product organisation. This versatile role allows you to collaborate with an experienced Product Lead and cross-functional teams, shaping the future of food delivery and logistics in Africa.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct user research and speak with internal teams to identify problems and document actionable insights.
- Support product discovery, write clear requirements, and define detailed acceptance criteria.
- Track project delivery, manage stakeholders, and coordinate launch readiness as well as post-launch evaluations.
- Utilize product data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to measure the success of feature releases.
- Communicate progress transparently and proactively address roadblocks before they impact production.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in product management or structured problem-solving roles.
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly.
- Strong attention to detail, high reliability, and an innate sense of ownership.
- Curiosity about digital products and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Prior experience in commerce, logistics, fintech, or marketplaces is a strong plus.
