Noemdek Limited is looking for a driven Junior Operations Lead (Transport) to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in streamlining our transport and logistics activities, ensuring top-tier service delivery, and supporting our broader business advisory and operational goals. Key Responsibilities- Direct all daily transportation activities and oversee general staff operations to ensure strict adherence to safety measures, government regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with clients, vendors, and strategic partners while leading vendor contract negotiations.
- Collaborate closely with the Logistics Supervisor and drivers to monitor business costs and implement plans that boost overall company profitability.
- Recruit, train, coach, and conduct monthly reviews for the transportation team, including reviewing and verifying monthly salaries.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding service delivery promptly and professionally.
- Prepare weekly operational updates and present comprehensive quarterly business reports to the Board of Directors.
- Design a realistic annual budget, business plan, and actionable company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Deep understanding of core operations and marketing principles with exceptional analytical skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities complemented by a thorough, motivated, enthusiastic, and ambitious mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
