Foteino Talento, a leading HR consultancy and co-working space based in Victoria Island, Lagos, is seeking a talented Junior Brand Manager to join our growing team. Through FT Hospitality Recruitment, we partner with premier spas and restaurants across Lagos to connect them with exceptional industry talent. We are looking for an energetic professional who is passionate about digital storytelling, brand development, and client relationship management in the fast-paced hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop engaging content and comprehensive monthly social media calendars tailored to diverse client needs.
- Create compelling captions, eye-catching graphics, and dynamic visual content across multiple digital platforms.
- Manage day-to-day client communications, fostering strong, positive, and professional relationships.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of all projects.
- Execute targeted social media campaigns and closely monitor performance metrics to optimize results.
- Prepare detailed client reports, professional presentations, and regular campaign update summaries.
- Three to four years of proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- A strong, demonstrable portfolio showcasing creative content development and successful campaign execution.
- Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with social media analytics platforms and standard project management tools.
- Previous agency experience is considered a strong added advantage.
