About the Role
Eventecture is an uber-creative design and build company with an architectural foundation, birthed out of a desire to create and execute outstanding, world-class stage sets, branding, and constructions that span events, retail, marketing, hospitality, and other sectors. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Junior Architect with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in interior or event design to join our growing team. The ideal candidate possesses a sharp eye for aesthetics, robust technical capabilities, and the ability to seamlessly bridge imaginative concepts with functional, visually compelling spatial realities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop creative architectural, interior design, and event design concepts that align with diverse client briefs and brand guidelines.
- Prepare comprehensive architectural drawings, precise 2D plans, immersive 3D models, and compelling visual presentations.
- Produce detailed design layouts and technical documentation using industry-standard design software.
- Collaborate closely with the internal design, production, and project management teams to execute projects effectively and safely.
- Assist with routine site inspections, accurate spatial measurements, and direct project implementation oversight.
- Ensure all spatial designs strictly meet project requirements, high quality standards, and tight operational deadlines.
- Incorporate constructive client feedback and navigate project specification revisions efficiently.
- A Bachelor's degree or HND in Architecture or a closely related creative field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven, relevant professional experience specializing in interior design or event architecture.
- Proficiency in SketchUp alongside other essential architectural and visualization design software.
- Strong spatial visualization, boundless creativity, and meticulous technical drawing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
