Culture Kitchen is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory control, stock management, and supply chain efficiency. Key Responsibilities- Manage daily inventory operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping stock.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical counts with software records.
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate documentation and generate comprehensive inventory reports.
- Implement cost-effective strategies to reduce waste and optimize storage space.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role in Nigeria.
- Strong proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
