Key Responsibilities- Assist the IT support team with daily troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues.
- Participate in software development, testing, and deployment projects under senior supervision.
- Help maintain system documentation, user guides, and inventory records.
- Provide technical assistance to staff members and clients as required.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on office computers, servers, and peripherals.
- Research emerging technologies and assist in implementing innovative IT solutions.
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant OND program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networking principles, and software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
- Ability to multitask and manage assigned tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
