Aster Bloom Academy, formerly known as Chuckler's Heights Montessori, is a top-tier private educational institution located in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. We are committed to delivering exceptional early and primary education, with recent expansion to include Junior Secondary School (JSS1 and JSS2) levels. As we transition to our permanent campus, we are seeking a dedicated IT Personnel to support our growing technological needs and enhance our digital learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain school IT infrastructure, hardware, and software systems
- Provide technical support to staff and students across all educational levels
- Implement and oversee digital learning solutions and educational technology platforms
- Ensure data security, backup systems, and network reliability
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Assist in the procurement and installation of IT equipment
- Support the integration of technology into classroom learning experiences
- Maintain IT documentation and system records
- Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in IT support and system administration
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and software systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators and administrative staff
