We are currently looking for a proactive and reliable IT Network & System Administrator to join our dynamic team in maintaining robust, secure, and seamless technological operations across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the company's network, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, IP cameras, and related equipment.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, operating systems, and overall IT infrastructure.
  • Oversee user accounts, access rights, corporate email systems, and other essential IT services.
  • Monitor network and system performance while resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and system-related problems efficiently.
  • Perform routine system updates, data backups, and fundamental security checks.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding by provisioning and revoking IT access.
  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date inventory and documentation of all IT equipment.
  • Liaise with internet service providers and external technology vendors as needed.
  • Provide dependable technical support to internal users and escalate complex issues appropriately.
  • Coordinate with the OHS coordinator to investigate reported workplace incidents and near-misses.

Qualifications
  • B.Sc. or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in IT support, network administration, or systems administration.
  • Solid understanding of core networking concepts including IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and VPNs.
  • Practical troubleshooting expertise for computers, local networks, and common office technology.
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate initiative, and take complete ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Professional certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft credentials are a distinct advantage.
