Key Responsibilities- Oversee the security, integrity, and maintenance of all IT systems, ensuring robust IT procedures and optimal system performance.
- Drive business readiness and contingency activities through extensive collaboration with business counterparts and users.
- Develop and implement IT strategies, auditing software and hardware performance to enable informed strategic business decisions.
- Manage vendor negotiations for installations, service, and maintenance agreements while project-managing upgrades and licensing compliance.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Ensure strict adherence to local legislation, corporate policies, and compliance KPIs for internal and external audits.
- Proven professional experience in Information Technology with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
