About the Role
Domeo Resources International (DRI) is a prolific organization that delivers exceptional HR and Management Consultancy solutions. We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Manager to plan, implement, and manage our information technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless business operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrade of computers, servers, networks, and IT equipment.
- Implement and enforce robust IT security policies, access controls, and data backup procedures.
- Provide technical support to staff, ensuring prompt resolution of hardware, software, and network incidents.
- Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate the performance of technical support personnel.
- Develop and implement IT strategies, project plans, and budgets aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage relationships with external IT vendors, software suppliers, and internet service providers.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to mitigate operational risks.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant IT experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in network administration, cybersecurity, systems management, and technical troubleshooting.
- Professional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, CCNA, or ITIL are a strong advantage.
