In this vital role, you will ensure the seamless functionality, security, and efficiency of our computer and telecommunication systems, empowering our workforce to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Institute comprehensive protocols for the effective use of IT across all departments and internal projects
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on the most suitable IT choices and infrastructure upgrades
- Deliver reliable technical support and training for company systems, hardware, and networks
- Act as the primary liaison between end users and higher-level technical support teams
- Install and configure essential software, operating systems, and hardware components including printers and network cards
- Monitor system and network performance continuously to identify and resolve bottlenecks
- Perform routine troubleshooting, hardware repairs, and critical data restoration procedures
- Execute scheduled maintenance activities, including regular data backups and system updates
- Maintain software licenses, track assets, and manage timely upgrade schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional professionals to maintain organizational security standards and functionality
- Proven professional experience in network management, IT administration, and help desk support
- Solid, hands-on knowledge of modern IT systems, cloud applications, and hardware architectures
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex technical issues efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
