We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Investor Relations Lead to spearhead our financial communication strategies, strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, and drive our corporate finance initiatives to new heights.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive investor relations strategies and communication plans in alignment with corporate goals.
- Coordinate earnings calls, investor briefings, and annual shareholder meetings seamlessly.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with institutional investors, shareholders, and financial analysts.
- Prepare high-quality investor presentations, press releases, and annual reports.
- Analyse financial results, emerging market trends, and economic indicators to provide actionable insights.
- Establish robust investor relations frameworks featuring measurable KPIs and regular annual reviews.
- Support the successful implementation of the J10 policy in direct line with board directives.
- Manage vital relationships with regulatory bodies and other external key stakeholders.
- Promote a sales-first culture and actively support targeted business development initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- An advanced degree or relevant professional certification will be considered a strong added advantage.
- Minimum of 8 to 12+ years of proven experience in investor relations, equity research, or financial analysis within the financial services sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and complex financial statements.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder-management, and high-level presentation skills.
- Proficiency in advanced financial analysis and robust financial modelling techniques.
