About the Role
Ren San & Co is a boutique management and business support service firm specializing in strategic solutions for corporations and private clients. We are seeking a proactive and analytical Investment Manager to provide comprehensive investment research, due diligence, and advisory support. In this role, you will evaluate financial opportunities, monitor existing assets, and safeguard our stakeholders' long-term financial interests within the dynamic Nigerian and global markets.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify viable investment opportunities across asset classes including equities, fixed income, real estate, and private businesses.
- Conduct thorough financial and commercial due diligence on potential investments, reviewing business plans, statements, and valuations.
- Prepare structured investment briefs, risk assessments, and objective recommendations for the Principal.
- Monitor the performance of existing portfolios, tracking returns, maturity dates, and emerging market risks.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders, including lawyers, accountants, and financial advisers.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all sensitive financial data, business strategies, and personal information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent are a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in investment analysis, private equity, wealth management, or corporate finance.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and investment products.
