About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced Inventory Officer to join our team and take ownership of inventory management operations across our retail and distribution facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across all stock locations
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory shipments
- Conduct routine stock counts and periodic inventory audits
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies promptly and efficiently
- Monitor stock levels and recommend timely replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking
- Generate comprehensive inventory reports using RetailMan software and Microsoft Excel
- Ensure proper documentation of all inventory transactions and stock movements
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to maintain inventory accuracy
- Ensure strict compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies
- Perform additional inventory-related duties as assigned by management
- Minimum OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' proven experience as an Inventory Officer
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Mandatory proficiency in RetailMan software
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and organizational abilities
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced retail or distribution environments
