ExCare Services Limited, a trusted provider of Pharmaceutical, Laboratory, and Immunisation services, is seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive NYSC Corps Member to join our Inventory Team as an Inventory Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare-related graduate to gain hands-on experience in inventory management within a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment.
As an Inventory Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate stock tracking, proper documentation, and efficient inventory processes that support the smooth running of our pharmaceutical and laboratory operations. Key Responsibilities- Update and maintain inventory records in the management system.
- Assist with stock receiving, documentation, and monitoring.
- Support stock-taking exercises and inventory audits.
- Prepare inventory reports and stock summaries.
- Track stock levels and report items requiring replenishment.
- Record expired, damaged, or spoiled products appropriately.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the inventory team.
- Current NYSC Corps Member seeking a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA).
- Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Medical Laboratory Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Public Health, or any related healthcare field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is an added advantage.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Candidates residing around Magodo, Arepo, Magboro, Berger, Ojodu, Ketu, OPIC, and surrounding areas will have an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical and laboratory inventory management.
