About the Role
Skyline University College (SUC), a premier higher education institution based in the UAE, is looking for a results-driven Internationalization Executive to join our expanding global recruitment team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in executing our internationalization strategy, building robust global partnerships, and attracting diverse international students to our vibrant campus in Sharjah.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive international student recruitment plans aligned with institutional growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global educational consultants, high schools, and partner institutions.
- Represent Skyline University College at international education fairs, exhibitions, and virtual recruitment events.
- Coordinate international admissions processes, guiding prospective students through application requirements and visa procedures.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design targeted promotional campaigns for various international markets.
- Facilitate cross-border academic collaborations, student exchange programs, and institutional articulation agreements.
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field from an accredited university.
- 3 to 4 years of proven experience in international student recruitment, global marketing, or international relations within the higher education sector.
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally for recruitment tours and educational exhibitions.
- Strong digital literacy and familiarity with CRM tools for managing prospective student pipelines.
