Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and monitor robust internal control frameworks to mitigate operational and financial risks.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments across various departments and operational units.
- Ensure all company operations align with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Investigate compliance breaches, audit discrepancies, and operational inefficiencies, providing actionable recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to establish proactive risk management policies and staff training programs.
- Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for senior leadership and regulatory bodies as required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in risk management, internal control, or regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Mandatory previous working experience within a Microfinance Bank or other recognized financial institution.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and internal audit processes.
