Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and test internal control systems, financial procedures, and operational workflows across the manufacturing facility.
- Identify operational and financial risks, developing effective mitigation strategies and recommendations for management.
- Conduct routine and unannounced audits of inventory, procurement, payroll, and financial records to prevent fraud and waste.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Prepare comprehensive, accurate audit reports detailing findings, risk exposures, and actionable corrective measures.
- Collaborate with various departmental heads to implement audit recommendations and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Minimum of an HND or BSc Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience in an internal control, auditing, or finance role specifically within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and risk management frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
- Must be ready and willing to work on-site in Ota, Ogun State.
