About the Role
Monarch Techno Engineering Solutions (MTES) is seeking a highly skilled Instrument, Control & Telecom Engineer to join our growing team of engineering professionals. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact Oil & Gas, Pipeline, and EPC projects, contributing technical expertise across the full project lifecycle from design through commissioning.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering robust instrumentation, control, and telecommunication engineering solutions that meet international standards and client specifications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure safe, efficient, and innovative project execution.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise in Instrument, Control, and Telecom engineering across FEED, Detailed Engineering, Construction, and Commissioning phases.
- Develop and review engineering deliverables including P&IDs, control philosophies, instrument datasheets, and telecom system designs.
- Ensure full compliance with international codes and standards such as ASME, API, ANSI, NACE, IEC, and ISO.
- Utilize relevant engineering software including AutoCAD, PDMS, HYSYS, E3D, ETAP, and CAESAR II for design and analysis tasks.
- Support HAZOP, SIL, and risk assessment studies to ensure project safety and integrity.
- Coordinate effectively with piping, process, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project integration.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and technical deliverables throughout project phases.
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Participate in project meetings, technical reviews, and client interactions as required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Control, Telecom, or related discipline).
- 8-15+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Pipeline, or EPC projects.
- Proven track record in FEED, Detailed Engineering, Construction, or Commissioning phases.
- Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, API, ANSI, NACE, IEC, ISO, etc.).
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, PDMS, P&ID, HYSYS, E3D, ETAP, and CAESAR II.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Sound understanding of Piping, Pipeline, and Process Design principles.
- Experience with HAZOP, SIL, and Risk Assessment methodologies.
- Strong interdisciplinary coordination and teamwork capabilities.
