About the Role
Monarch Techno Engineering Solutions (MTES) is seeking a qualified and experienced Industrial Nurse to join our dedicated team of professionals supporting Oil & Gas, Construction, and Engineering Design projects. The successful candidate will play a critical role in safeguarding the health and safety of our workforce by providing high-quality occupational health services, first aid, and emergency medical care on-site.

Key Responsibilities- Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees and site personnel
- Monitor and manage occupational health programs on project sites
- Conduct routine health assessments and maintain accurate medical records
- Respond promptly to workplace injuries, illnesses, and medical emergencies
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety protocols and regulations
- Collaborate with HSE teams to promote a safe working environment
- Maintain and manage medical supplies, equipment, and clinic facilities on-site
- Prepare and submit health and safety reports as required by management
- Educate employees on occupational health risks and preventive measures
- Coordinate referrals to external medical facilities when necessary
- B.Sc Nursing or GNM with valid Nursing Registration
- Valid BLS/CPR Certification
- 3–5+ years of experience as an Industrial Nurse in Oil & Gas, Construction, or EPC projects
- Proven experience in occupational health, first aid, and emergency care
- Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety protocols
- Proficiency in medical documentation and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced site environment
