About the Role
Unateus is a dynamic global logistics provider connecting entrepreneurs, e-commerce platforms, and CPA companies with their customers across Africa and Asia. We are currently expanding our robust logistics network in Nigeria and seeking high-performing Independent Delivery Sales Partners. In this field-based role, you will act as a vital brand representative, ensuring secure package handovers, flawless customer verifications, and accurate Cash on Delivery (COD) collections while driving high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough pre-delivery customer verifications to confirm contact details and documentation.
- Execute secure and efficient package handovers to customers at designated locations across your region.
- Collect Cash On Delivery (COD) payments and ensure secure remittance within the strict 24-hour deadline.
- Collaborate closely with operations teams to provide real-time CRM updates and resolve logistical challenges promptly.
- Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor during all customer interactions and inquiries.
- Must own a reliable personal vehicle (motorcycle or car) with valid licensing.
- Equipped with a smartphone (Android or iOS) featuring stable internet connectivity and access to Telegram, Google Maps, and CRM tools.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a calm, professional approach to customer service.
- Willingness to adopt European business standards and entrepreneurial growth mindsets.
- Prior experience in the logistics sector or ownership of an independent courier company is a distinct advantage.
