About the Role
Flexi Microfinance Bank, in partnership with PalmPay, is expanding its nationwide Mobile Installment product and seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused In-shop Sales Promoters. Stationed at designated mobile phone retail outlets, you will engage walk-in customers, promote our flexible phone financing solutions, and guide them seamlessly through the digital onboarding and loan application process. This exciting retail sales role requires strong communication skills, persuasive selling abilities, and a passion for financial inclusion by helping everyday Nigerians access modern mobile devices through convenient payment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Actively approach and engage walk-in customers at designated mobile phone retail locations to promote Flexi MFB mobile financing options.
- Explain product features, repayment plans, eligibility criteria, and financing terms clearly and professionally.
- Assist customers with digital onboarding, loan application submissions, and required documentation uploads.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure an exceptional brand experience.
- Collaborate closely with store staff and bank operations teams to facilitate fast loan processing and approvals.
- Track daily leads, applications, conversion rates, and other assigned retail sales metrics.
- Follow up with pending applicants to ensure successful completion and final product pickup.
- Ensure strict compliance with company sales guidelines, customer verification processes, and KYC policies.
- Minimum of an OND, NCE, or equivalent academic qualification.
- Prior working experience in retail sales, field marketing, banking, or telecom product promotions is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- High level of computer literacy with the ability to use smartphones and digital onboarding tools efficiently.
