About the Role

We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented In-House Surveyor to join our professional team in Nigeria. In this role, you will provide critical technical support for our real estate projects, ensuring all land surveys, mapping, and documentation meet the highest industry standards and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct accurate land surveys, topographical mappings, and boundary determinations for prospective and existing real estate project sites.
- Prepare comprehensive survey plans, charts, records, and documents for land acquisition and government perfection processes.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, civil engineers, architects, and legal teams to resolve boundary disputes and site discrepancies.
- Perform site inspections and feasibility studies to assess land topography and environmental factors before project commencement.
- Maintain and calibrate all surveying equipment regularly to ensure precision and safety on the field.
- Liaise with relevant government ministries and statutory bodies regarding land documentation, charting, and title processing.
- Bachelor degree or HND in Surveying and Geo-informatics, Land Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven professional surveying experience, preferably within the Nigerian real estate or construction sector.
- Proficiency in the use of modern surveying equipment such as Total Station, DGPS, and GIS software.
- Valid registration or active affiliation with relevant professional bodies such as the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors (NIS) or SURCON is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of Nigerian land laws and title perfection procedures.
