About the Role

As we continue our rapid expansion across the continent, we are looking for a dedicated Import & Export Assistant to join our dynamic supply chain team in Nigeria and contribute to our ongoing economic impact and business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Handle the accurate filling and submission of clearance documents and application forms.
- Manage NAFDAC documentation processes efficiently on the Nigeria Single Window (NSW) platform.
- Conduct thorough shipping document confirmation and processing required for PAAR applications.
- Maintain and update comprehensive tracking logs for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate closely with clearing agents to follow up on cargo clearance and resolve any bottlenecks.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience in import and export operations within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Familiarity with Nigerian customs procedures, NAFDAC regulations, and the Nigeria Single Window system.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and shipment tracking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication skills for liaising with clearing agents.
