Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging ICT lessons tailored to Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and Elementary students.
  • Teach basic computer applications, internet usage, and introductory programming concepts appropriate for young learners.
  • Develop creative, age-appropriate teaching materials and digital learning activities.
  • Foster a safe, interactive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and hands-on learning.
  • Monitor and assess students' progress in digital literacy and technology skills.
  • Integrate technology into other subject areas in collaboration with fellow teachers.
  • Maintain and manage computer lab equipment, software, and digital learning tools.
  • Uphold the school's Christian values and contribute to a positive, tech-driven learning culture.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding student progress and classroom activities.

Qualifications
  • A university degree in Computer Science, Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven teaching experience, preferably with young learners.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, basic programming, internet tools, and digital resources.
  • Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate young students.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and teamwork abilities.
