About the Role
Prixair, a leading hospitality company comprising hotels, catering, properties, studios, and restaurants, is seeking a skilled and proactive ICT Officer to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our technological infrastructure operates seamlessly, supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences through reliable systems and secure data management.
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues to staff.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, servers, routers, switches, and other essential ICT equipment.
- Implement robust data protection, regular backups, and information security measures against viruses and unauthorized access.
- Maintain and monitor local area networks (LAN), wireless networks (Wi-Fi), and internet connectivity for optimal performance.
- Manage user accounts, software licenses, permissions, and maintain an up-to-date inventory of all ICT assets.
- Prepare periodic ICT activity reports and document technical procedures, configurations, and maintenance activities.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar ICT role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, network protocols, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to manage cybersecurity protocols, data backups, and disaster recovery processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
