About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our team and play a defining role in embedding our culture pledge, executive rules, OKRs, and human cycle across the organisation. Key Responsibilities- Drive company culture, employee engagement, and staff wellbeing initiatives
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes
- Monitor performance management, OKRs, and adherence to executive rules
- Organise staff bonding activities, performance reviews, and internal communications
- Act as a trusted partner for staff conflict resolution and grievance handling
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure full compliance with labour laws
- Support the implementation of HR policies and best practices across teams
- Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing work environment
- 1–3 years of relevant Human Resources experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Empathetic, highly organised, and systems-oriented approach to work
- Solid knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labour regulations
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
