On behalf of our client, a newly established 5-star hotel located in the Apo area of Abuja, FCT, we are seeking a seasoned and experienced Hotel Administrative and Human Resources Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the workforce, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction through effective human capital management. Key Responsibilities- Design seasonal and department-specific hiring plans, manage job postings, conduct interviews, and execute thorough onboarding and background checks.
- Organize comprehensive orientation programs, customer service workshops, grooming and hygiene standards, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) training.
- Manage payroll inputs including overtime, shift allowances, and employee benefit plans to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee complex duty rosters, track daily attendance, and manage workforce scheduling effectively.
- Act as the primary point of contact for staff grievances, proactively resolve workplace conflicts, and conduct structured performance appraisals.
- Ensure strict adherence to Nigerian labor laws, local regulations, and international hotel health and safety standards.
- Proven, extensive knowledge of hotel structure, department workflows, and hospitality operations.
- Demonstrated experience in human resources management, administrative duties, and talent acquisition within the hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and workplace health and safety regulations.
- Exceptional conflict resolution, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to resume immediately without any delays.
