This 12-month rotational learning curve is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to various human resources functions, preparing you for a thriving career in HR.
Key ResponsibilitiesDuring this immersive program, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple core areas of human management:
- Gain in-depth understanding of recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Contribute to creating and delivering training programs, supporting performance management, and assisting with HR policy development.
- Manage employee records, conduct thorough background checks, and handle compliance documentation with high accuracy.
- Participate in strategic HR consulting projects to address client needs and develop tailored workplace solutions.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, organizational development practices, and HR data analysis to track workforce metrics.
You are an ideal candidate if you possess the following requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in any field.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and build a successful career in the HR field.
