About the Role

We are currently looking for a proactive and results-driven Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic team in delivering comprehensive HR consulting services to our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for various client organizations.
- Coordinate accurate and timely payroll preparation, review, and administration.
- Develop, implement, and update tailored HR policies, standard operating procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, culture-building activities, and positive workplace relations.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, periodic reviews, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Provide expert HR advisory and consulting services on employee relations and workforce optimization.
- Maintain precise HR documentation, employee records, and ensure strict statutory compliance with Nigerian labour laws.
- Support manpower planning, training, talent development, and employee welfare programs.
- Prepare comprehensive periodic HR reports and deliver actionable insights to client management teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 6 years of proven professional HR experience, with a strong, demonstrable background in an active HR consulting role.
- Comprehensive hands-on expertise spanning the full HR spectrum, well beyond talent acquisition.
- Strong working knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, statutory compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and client management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern HR management tools.
