About the Role

We are currently recruiting a skilled Human Resource Officer to support the HR operations of our client in the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring smooth recruitment, employee relations, and compliance processes.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and policy compliance, while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding processes and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries and support ongoing staff relations initiatives.
- Assist in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and maintain accurate performance records.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and Nigerian employment regulations.
- Support general HR administrative functions and prepare regular HR reports for management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in an HR role.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and Nigerian labor laws.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and other HR management tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Must reside around Mile 2 or its environs for ease of commute.
